The hotel is brand new, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Its location near Shinbashi station is central, with easy access to Ginza attractions. The rooms are nicely designed and clean, with USB charging points. The staff, especially Roberto at the top floor restaurant, were polite and helpful, providing great food and Tokyo tips.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially a staff member named Mogi, were helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. They were pretty good too ensure my tourism experience was perfect. The cleanliness of the room and super clean bathroom were excellent. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

We had a pleasure experience at The Celestine. The hotel's location was perfect, near the train stations and surrounded by shops and restaurants. As longer term business travellers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel The Celestine Ginza. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. They even guided us to the nearby post office when we needed assistance. The hotel surprised us with a cute pop-up card and candy during our Christmas check-in, adding a sweet touch to our stay. The towels and bedding were of top-notch quality, fitting the standards of a newly opened hotel. the facilities and amenities were impressive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near two major train stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, with options for meals and entertainment. the rooms are modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One major downside of the hotel is the lack of blackout blinds in the rooms. This meant that the room was quite bright from early morning, making it difficult to sleep in.

We loved this place! It's located in a quiet area, away from the noise of crowds, but close enough to public transport. The staff are great, offering excellent service with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe and trouser press were convenient, and the free toiletries and refrigerator were a nice touch. We enjoyed the television and am/fm alarm clock, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor were comfortable. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were lovely, and the staff were bluntly professional.
